1. Select independent marketing tools.
Log in to “My AliExpress” – click “Marketing Center” – select “Store Full Discount” in “Store Activities” – click “Create Activity” – select “Product Full Discount” in “Activity Type”. There are 10 store full discount activities per month, with a total duration of 720 hours. There are very few activity resources, so they should be fully utilized.
2. Create an activity.
Fill in the basic information of the “Instant Discount for Full Purchases” activity. Fill in the corresponding activity name in the “Activity Name” column and fill in “Test Activity”; set the corresponding start time and end time of the activity in “Activity Start Time” and “Activity End Time” respectively; only one “Instant Discount for Full Purchases” activity (including “Instant Discount for Full Purchases for All Stores” and “Instant Discount for Full Purchases for All Products”) can be set in the same time (from the activity start time to the activity end time).
3. Set the type.
Select “Instant Discount for Full Purchases for All Products”, which means setting up an “Instant Discount for Full Purchases” activity for some products; the order amount includes the product price (excluding shipping costs), and limited-time discount products participate at the discounted price.
4. Select products.
For the “Instant Discount for Full Purchases for All Products” activity, you need to “Add Products”, and you can select up to 200 products for each activity. Currently, you can support searching for corresponding products by product name, product group, product person in charge, and expiration time; after selecting a product, the number of products will be displayed in the lower right corner of the selection bar.
5. Set the “Instant Discount Conditions for Full Purchases”.
Currently, the full discount conditions support the types of “single-level full discount” and “multi-level full discount”. When setting the full discount conditions, we must first know what the average customer price of our store is, and do not set it blindly. If the average customer price of our store is $3.65, and we set up an activity of 10% off for every 200, then this activity will not bring any effect at all and cannot stimulate buyers’ desire to consume more. Generally speaking, it is easier to attract buyers if we increase the average customer price by 3-5 times and offer a discount of 10%-20%. We set 3 times of 3.65 as $11, and 10% minus 11% as $1, so the activity is set to 1 dollar off for every 11.
Full discount refers to full discount activities with the same discount ratio, which can support the function of cumulative discounts. Selecting “single-level full discount” requires setting the single order amount condition and the immediate discount condition. This type of full discount can support the function of cumulative discounts (that is, when the promotion rule is 10 off for every 100, then 20 off for every 200, and so on, with no upper limit).
“Multiple-gradient discounts” refers to phased discount activities with different discount ratios, that is, the following two requirements must be met when setting: first, the order amount of the next gradation must be greater than the order amount of the previous gradation, and second, the discount strength of the next gradation must be greater than that of the previous gradation. If you choose “Multiple-gradient discounts”, you need to set at least 2 gradations of discount conditions, and up to 3 gradations of discount conditions. For example: if the first discount is set as: 10 US dollars off for orders over 100 US dollars (i.e. 10% off); the single order amount set for the second discount must be greater than 100 US dollars. If it is set to 200 US dollars, the corresponding discount amount must be greater than or equal to 21 US dollars (i.e. the maximum discount is 15%. Finally, confirm and click the “Submit” button.
