The Hannover Messe (HANNOVER MESSE) was founded in August 1947 and is held annually. To date, HANNOVER MESSE has become a well-deserved “barometer of world industrial trade” and “weathervane of global industrial technology development”.
In 2019, the Hannover Messe attracted 6,500 exhibitors and 215,000 professional visitors, 40% of whom came from outside Germany; the net exhibition area reached 227,000 square meters. Among them, there were 1,400 Chinese exhibitors, an exhibition area of 22,000 square meters, and 7,200 visitors. Partner country Sweden stood out with its high-tech, with a total of 160 companies participating. The next partner country is Indonesia.
