5. Sri Lanka Motor Show

As one of the major countries in South Asia, with its strong economic development, the growing middle class in Sri Lanka has reached a new height in demand for cars. The Sri Lanka Auto Parts Exhibition is the best platform for enterprises to explore emerging markets. This exhibition will bring the latest market information of the auto parts industry to enterprises, provide them with sufficient trade opportunities, and enable them to truly and comprehensively understand the development of the Sri Lankan automotive industry. In recent years, the number of motor vehicles in Sri Lanka has increased significantly, with a year-on-year growth rate of 72%. Among them, the largest number of new vehicles is motorcycles, about 37,500. As a coastal country, Sri Lanka has a high alkalinity on the island all year round, which causes serious damage to motorcycles. On average, Sri Lankan residents have to repair and maintain their motorcycles 2 to 3 times a year, so the number of auto parts needed in Sri Lanka each year is not less than the number of vehicles themselves. However, in Sri Lanka, where industrial manufacturing is underdeveloped, auto parts have become one of the important import items.
