Order management is a vital part of cross-border e-commerce operations. However, sometimes sellers may encounter situations where they cannot view the platform’s shipped orders in the Dianxiaomi system, which may affect the accuracy of order processing and data analysis. Today we will explore some possible reasons and provide solutions to ensure that sellers can effectively manage and track orders.

1. Synchronization of historical orders authorized on different platforms

Shopee stores: Shopee stores newly authorized to Dianxiaomi can only synchronize the shipped orders with a history of nearly half a month.

Shopify stores: Shopify stores newly authorized to Dianxiaomi can synchronize the shipped orders with a history of nearly 4 months.

Stores on other platforms: Stores on other platforms newly authorized to Dianxiaomi can only synchronize the shipped orders with a history of nearly one month.

2. How to handle historical orders that exceed a certain number of days

Orders over 120 days: Shipped orders over 120 days will enter [All Orders – Historical Orders], and VIP permissions are required to view them.

Amazon orders older than 90 days: Amazon orders older than 90 days will be included in the historical orders, which also require a search to view.

3. The number of historical order days corresponding to different VIP levels

The number of historical order days corresponding to different VIP levels is calculated from the authorization date. The authorization date can be viewed in the platform authorization location on the homepage of Dian Xiaomi.

Notes:

For newly authorized stores, even if you have purchased VIP, you will not be able to view older historical orders because only historical orders with a limited date will be synchronized.

Re-authorization will change the authorization date. After purchasing VIP, the number of historical order days that can be viewed is the number of days from the first authorization date to the present, provided that the store authorization has not been deleted.

Through the above solutions, sellers can better understand why the platform’s shipped orders are not displayed in the Dian Xiaomi system, and take appropriate measures to deal with these problems to ensure smooth order management.
