1. Activate logistics
(1) Activate SLS (Shopee Logistics Service) logistics
Due to the different logistics conditions of each site, you can consult the investment manager for details before activating logistics.
It should be noted that when changing or opening a new logistics channel, it may be necessary to modify the product price. Please consult the corresponding investment manager for the corresponding price change template to avoid losses.
(2) Activate Black Cat Home Delivery and Cash on Delivery in Taiwan
Go to the “Logistics Center” page of the Taiwan site:
Click “YTO-Black Cat Home Delivery”, turn on “Enable this logistics method” and “Enable Cash on Delivery”;
Click “YTO-711 Super Pickup”, turn on “Enable this logistics method”, “Enable Cash on Delivery” and “Set as the default logistics method”.
2. Shopee Overview of the seven major logistics channels
(I) Shipping instructions for each regional channel
Under normal circumstances, sellers need to send the packages to be shipped to the warehouses corresponding to each channel to complete the shipment. (II) Free door-to-door pickup service
If the seller meets the following conditions, SLS can provide free door-to-door pickup service:
(1) Sellers in South China whose average daily SLS shipment volume in the previous month exceeds 200 orders and sellers in East China whose shipment volume exceeds 100 orders;
(2) Pickup is only for goods sent through the SLS channel.
If the seller meets the following conditions, LWE (Lewway International Logistics) can provide free door-to-door pickup service:
(1) The seller’s shipping address is in Shenzhen;
(2) Sellers using the LWE channel The weight of a single shipment of goods sent through the express delivery channel exceeds 50kg.
(III) Packaging and Shipping Requirements
Sellers can pack multiple packages and send them to the transfer warehouses of SLS, LWE, CK1 and YTO. The packaging of the packages must meet the following requirements:
(1) Use strong packaging materials to prevent damage;
(2) Each individual small package must have a complete and clear label, and the barcode can be recognized by the scanner;
(3) If it is an electronic product that makes noise and light, please make sure the power is turned off and it will not make noise or light during transportation;
(4) It cannot exceed the size and weight limit of a single package.
Packages that do not meet the above standards may be intercepted and return fees and delays will be incurred.
