It is relatively simple to open a store on Lelong. If you are a Malaysian, you only need to register as a member of Lelong and pay a certain website subscription fee to become a seller. Leong mainly provides two services for Malaysian sellers:
(1) Online store + Netpay payment service, including GST: RM1.09/day; RM 398/year.
(2) WebStore PLUS + Netpay payment service, including GST: RM 1.36/day; RM 498/year.
For Chinese sellers who want to become a seller on Lelong, they need to apply on Lelong’s official website, fill in the registration information, and you can sell products on Lelong after the review is passed. The following are the detailed steps for opening a store:
Step 1: Click http://www.lelong.com.my/webstore/ and find “International Sellers”.
Step 2: Enter the “International Sellers” column and fill in the information according to the website requirements.
Step 3: After filling in, click “Submit” to submit the information.
