Step 1: Enter the Paytm Mall Seller Center backend, which can be entered through the official website.
Step 2: The homepage of the Seller Center backend displays the registration channel of local Indian companies. Move down and enter the “International Sellers” page, and select Chinese seller registration.
Step 3: After entering the Chinese seller entry window, follow the page prompts to fill in or upload business license, company name, legal representative ID card, company registration address and legal representative ID card scan and other company-related information.
Step 4: After the registration is completed, the staff of the Paytm Mall platform will review it, which usually takes 1 to 3 working days to complete. After the review is passed, the platform will send a successful registration email to the email address filled in by the enterprise, and then the seller can set a password.
Step 5: After the seller completes the entry, he will receive a MID number. Sellers can use the MID number for brand certification. The prerequisite for brand certification is that you must have become a Paytm Mall seller and have brand qualifications.
Step 6: After receiving the MID number, the seller can fill in or upload brand-related information according to the requirements of the page and submit the brand registration. These materials include:
(1) MID number (only sellers who have successfully settled in Paytm Mall have MID numbers).
(2) The category to which the brand belongs.
(3) The total number of SKUs of the store on Paytm Mall.
(4) Business license number (or three-in-one number).
(5) Company name, contact name, telephone number, and registered email address.
(6) Brand name and total number of brand SKUs.
(7) Additional brand information (introduction or supplementary information about the brand).
(8) Link to the official website or other third-party brand store.
(9) Brand qualifications (trademark registration certificate or trademark registration application acceptance notice – Paytm Mall platform will give priority to reviewing registered brands in the United States, Europe and other regions).
(10) Authorization letter (provided by the brand agent).
