(i) Check your merchant ID
Sellers can check their merchant ID by clicking on the upper right corner of the homepage of the Seller Center.
(ii) Change the store name and email
Sellers can change the store name and email by clicking on the “Support” button.
(iii) Quickly find multiple products
Fill in the PIDs of multiple products into the search box and separate them with commas to quickly find multiple products.
This method is also applicable to finding product IDs, product names, seller SKU IDs, Paytm Mall SKU IDs, etc.
(iv) Update product inventory information table
After the product goes online, the inventory defaults to 0. Sellers need to update the inventory information in the Seller Center. The steps to update the product inventory information are as follows:
Step 1: Download the inventory information table. Find the “Catalogue” page and click “Download CSV of Selected Columns”.
After the table is downloaded, fill in the inventory information.
Step 2: Upload the completed inventory information file to the backend of the Paytm Mall website.
(V) Batch update product status
To batch update product status, you also need to download the product status table first, but you need to check the product options for downloading, and the “Status” product status is a required option. If you need to activate the product for sale, fill in “Active” in “Status”; if you need to hide the product, fill in “Inactive”. If you want to delete the product, you can submit an application in the backend.
(VI) Single and batch update product prices
1. Single update product price
Enter the backend of the seller center, click “Catalogue” > “Edit Product”, after modifying the product price, click the “Save” button below, and then click “Exit Wizard” to exit the modification mode.
2. Batch update product prices
Step 1: Enter the backend of the seller center, click “Catalogue” > “Download SCV of Selected Column”.
Step 2: Select Product ID, Price, MRP, Merchant SKU, Quantity and other items to download the CSV file. It should be noted that in the downloaded file, Merchant SKU is the SKU ID provided by the seller in the uploaded catalog file, and Product ID is the product number generated by the Paytm Mall platform.
Step 3: Before uploading, delete redundant information, keep Product ID, Price, MRP, and if the price adjustment of some products exceeds 30%, add a column Override Price (Yes).
Step 4: Save the file in CSV format, and then click “Upload updated CSV” to complete the product price update.
