Under normal circumstances, when a seller registers, Amazon will send a verification code to the email of the brand filer based on the trademark information. After the seller receives the verification code, select the reply case to view the store backend problem log, and enter the case ID and verify code in the reply content. However, no email is left when registering a UK trademark, ultimately resulting in Amazon being unable to send the verification code required for seller registration.
One of the requirements for brand registration is that the registration information is consistent with the store information, otherwise the trademark registration will fail.
To a certain extent, the verification code steps can effectively prevent third parties other than the trademark owner from registering counterfeit goods.
Now that the fundamental problem has been discovered, it must be filed. Otherwise, in addition to being unable to protect its own rights, it is also impossible to create an A+ page. The following methods are for reference only:
First: Continue to communicate with Amazon’s official customer service to prove trademark ownership, or send the email information and name to Amazon via email.
Second: Transfer the British trademark to be registered to the store name that needs to be registered.
In this case, if Amazon customer service does not respond accurately, it is recommended that the seller open more cases.
