After registering a sub-account, some permissions of the seller’s Seller Center will change, and a new permission will be added to “set/change store wallet password”. In order to ensure the security of account funds, the payment functions of accounts at different levels in the sub-parent account system have different types of permissions. The main account with the greatest authority has the authority to set/change the store wallet password, add/change/delete payment accounts, change the store’s login password, and change the store’s email address; the sub-account is a secondary-authority account. With the authorization of the main account, the sub-account can The account has the permission to add/change/delete payment accounts, change the store’s login password, and change the store’s email address, but all sub-accounts do not have the permission to set/change wallet passwords. There are two situations for store username permissions: before registering a master account in the store, the store username has the permissions to add/change/delete payment accounts, change the store’s login password, and change the store’s email address; after registering a master account in the store Later, the store username is reduced to the lowest level account, which does not have the four permissions to set/change the store wallet password, add/change/delete payment accounts, change the store’s login password, and change the store’s email address.
1. Set/change the store wallet password
The wallet password is the password that needs to be entered when adding/changing/deleting the store’s payment account (such as Lianlianpay account). Only the main account can set/change the store wallet password. The setting steps are as follows.
(1) Use the username and password of the main account to log in to the seller center where you need to set/change the store wallet password.
(2) In “My Seller Center”, enter “Store Settings”, “Update Password”, “Payment Password” – “Update/Settings”.
(3) Enter the new wallet password and click “Send OTP”. The store dynamic password will be sent to the main account registration email. Enter the verification code to complete the password setting. Note: The store wallet password cannot be the same as the store login password.
(4) If the main account is bound to multiple stores, the seller can choose whether to synchronize this new wallet password to all other stores under the same main account, and finally click “Confirm”. Note: If the new wallet password is the same as the login password of any other store under the same master account, the synchronization will fail.
2. Add/Change/Delete Collection Account
The collection account is the LianLian Pay account used to receive payments from Shopee. Sellers can use the main account or authorized sub-account. To add/change/delete, the steps are as follows.
(1) Use the username and password of the main account/sub-account to log in to the Seller Center, and be careful to switch to the store that needs to be modified. (2) Enter “My Wallet”, then enter the login password of the main account/sub-account, click “Collection Account” to enter the wallet password, and add/change/delete the collection account.
Note: If the wallet password has not been set, the seller needs to use the main account to set the wallet password before adding/changing or deleting the payment account.
3. Change the store email address
If the seller forgets to register the store email address or needs to modify the store email address, he can use the sub-account system to modify it.
The main account and sub-accounts authorized by the main account can change the store email. The steps are as follows.
(1) Use the username and password of the main account/sub-account to log in to the Seller Center, and switch to the store where the email address needs to be changed.
(2) Enter “Store Settings” “My Account” and “Enter the login password of the main account/sub-account”.
(3) Click “Edit” email to complete the store email update.
4. Change the store login password
The main account and the sub-account authorized by the main account can change the store login password. This refers to the login password of a single store before registering the sub-account. ,Proceed as follows.
(1) Use the username and password of the main account/sub-account to log in to the Seller Center and find the store that needs to change the login password.
(2) In the seller center, enter “Store Settings” “Update Password” – “Login Password” – click “Update”.
