1. Log in to the sub-account platform

Sellers can use the username and password of the main account or sub-account to log in to the sub-account platform, but the content seen by the main account and sub-account will be different. The main account has All functional modules include My Team, My Store, Chat Assignment, Activity Log, My Account and Seller Center, but sub-accounts only have Chat Assignment, My Account and Seller Center functions.

2. Log in to the Seller Center

(1) Click “Seller Center” in the lower left corner of the sub-account platform.

(2) Click “Switch Store” in the upper right corner of the Seller Center, you can see all the stores that the account has permission to log in to, and you can switch the store you want to go to in the Seller Center.

3. Log in to Webchat (Shopee chat web version)

Sellers can use the username and password of the main account or sub-account to log in to Webchat, and use any site link to log in, both of which can be viewed all of the shops.

4. Retrieve the password of the sub-account and parent account

If an employee forgets the password of the sub-account, he or she can use the bound mobile phone to retrieve the password.

(1) Enter the parent account login page and click “Forget password?”.

(2) Enter the seller’s username, phone number or email address to search, and then choose to send a reset password link to your mobile phone or email address.

After clicking Send, the mobile phone or email used for verification will receive a password reset link. Follow the prompts to complete the password reset.
