Sellers can view the store penalty points and corresponding scoring rules in “Seller PenaltyPoints”. Click “Shop Settings” “Seller PenaltyPoints” in the Seller Center to view the scoring status of the current quarter.
1. Scoring status
There are three scoring statuses: 0~3 points are healthy status, 3~6 points are unhealthy status, and 6 points or more are critical status. The penalties corresponding to the corresponding scores are also different. For details, please refer to the latest policy on the website.
After the penalty score reaches 3 points, the preferred seller mark will be cancelled.
2. View historical scores
Click “PenaltyHistory” to view historical penalty scores.
3. Understand the scoring rules
Merchants can learn about the platform’s “scoring rules” in the “Definitions and Rules” module and click on any rule, such as “Details of Seller PenaltyPoints” You can jump to the interface to learn the “Seller Punishment Score Details Rules”.
4. Reasons for scoring
Sellers can use the “Penalty Points” module to view the reasons, types and values of points deducted by the store in different periods.
