1. Set automatic chat reply

The chat function is a real-time chat tool provided by Shopee for buyers and sellers. Sellers can enter the seller center by entering “Shop Settings” – “Chat Setting” “Sendauto replyinchat” In the chat settings interface, set up automatic replies for store chats.

(1) “Notification Setting”

The Shopee platform will send platform policy, store information and other notifications to merchants through email or seller center. Sellers can enter notification settings by going to “Shop Settings” “Chat Settings” “Notification Settings” in the Seller Center. Platform notifications are mainly divided into “Email Notifications” (email push) and “Push Notifications” (background notifications).

1. Email push

Sellers can choose to turn on “Order Updates” on the “Email Notifications” page. The button on the right side of “Listing Updates” (product update notification). After it is successfully turned on, this part of the notification information will be pushed to the email address of the registered store.

2. Backend push

After sellers download the Shopee mobile APP, they can enable backend related information push. After successful activation, Shopee will push such notifications to the seller center.

At the same time, you can also change the store login password through account settings. Click “Shop Settings” “Change Pass word” to enter the password change interface.
