Kilimall’s restricted sales of products refer to the need to obtain pre-approval for product sales, voucher operation or authorized operation and other license certificates before releasing the product, otherwise the platform will not allow the release of the product.

(2) Brand infringement is strictly prohibited

Brand infringement includes: trademark infringement, copyright infringement, and patent infringement. Publishing and selling products that are suspected of infringing the intellectual property rights of third parties may be complained by the intellectual property owners or buyers. The platform will also randomly conduct spot checks on the information and product group names of the products (including products removed from the shelves). If there is any suspected infringement, there is a high risk of Your account may be closed by the platform.

(3) Product information cannot violate regulations

Product information violations are divided into the following categories.

(1) Category misplacement: refers to the fact that the actual category of the product is inconsistent with the category selected to publish the product.

(2) Wrong selection of attributes: When the user publishes the product, the category is selected correctly, but the selected attributes are inconsistent with the actual attributes of the product.

(3) Inconsistency in title or category: This refers to the inconsistency between the product category or some keywords in the title and the actual products sold.

(4) The product pricing is seriously inconsistent with the market conditions: the product is priced too high or too low to attract buyers’ attention and gain exposure during price sorting.

(5) Product replacement: refers to the release of other products by modifying the title, price, picture, category, details and other information of the original product (including product updates, new products should be re-released) ), misleading buyers about their purchases. However, if the modification only involves supplements and corrections to the original product information and does not involve product replacement, it will not be regarded as “product replacement”.

(6) Repeated distribution of goods: There must be obvious differences between different products in fields such as titles, prices, pictures, attributes, and detailed descriptions.

(7) Description discrepancy: refers to the obvious inconsistency between titles, pictures, attributes, detailed descriptions and other information

(8) Title pile: refers to the presence of too many keywords in the product title behavior of the first use.

(9) Other inappropriate publishing behaviors: including leaving contact information, non-Kilimall platform link advertisements, stealing pictures, publishing Chinese information, etc.

(10) The platform adopts a point deduction mechanism for violations such as search cheating.
