4. The account or store has been inactive for a long time
(1) Starting from the day when the seller’s account is successfully registered, if there is no store creation or store opening operation for more than 180 days, the platform will Such accounts will be liquidated.
(2) Stores that are closed due to failure to pay the deposit or choose to close by themselves will be counted from the time of closure. If they fail to reopen for more than 60 days, they will be liquidated. (3) Stores that have been created for more than 90 days and have 0 products on sale will be cleared. (4) Stores that have been created for more than 90 days, have not launched new products in the past 30 days, have less than 50 products on sale, and have zero sales in the past 90 days will be cleared.
5. Assessment of platform service business indicators
(1) If the resident information does not match the actual situation, the assessment will not be passed.
(2) If an individual or company registers more than one seller account on Kikuu, it will not pass the assessment. The registration information submitted by the seller shall prevail.
(3) If the store does not launch new products within 90 days (including 90 days), and the number of products on sale in the store is less than 10, the assessment will not be passed.
(4) The store order cancellation rate is equal to or exceeds 10%, that is, more than 10% of the store’s effective orders in the previous full natural month were canceled due to the seller’s reasons, and the assessment cannot be passed.
Store order cancellation rate = the number of orders canceled by the seller for reasons that were effective in the previous natural month/the total number of effective orders in the previous natural month.
Note that the number of store order cancellations only refers to order cancellations caused by the seller, including cancellations operated by the seller in the backend and cancellations operated by the platform’s customer service
(5) Store orders The logistics overtime rate is equal to or exceeds 20%, that is, in the previous complete natural month, more than 20% of the effective orders of the store cannot be collected by the Guangzhou warehouse within 8 days (192 hours), and the assessment cannot be passed.
Order timeout rate = the number of orders picked up by the Guangzhou warehouse in the previous natural month and the time taken from the effective date to the picked up exceeds 192 hours / the total number of orders picked up by the Guangzhou warehouse in the previous natural month.
In the first week of each month, Kikuu will calculate the assessment data for Articles 4 and 5 of the previous calendar month and use this data as the final assessment data.
6. Others
(1) Stores that disrupt Kikuu’s business order or are suspected of violating national laws and regulations will be removed
(2) Other stores that harm others Rights and interests, and behavior that violates the principles of good faith management will be punished.
(3) For a store that has paid a deposit and is open for operation, the platform will only accept an application to withdraw from the store once. That is, a store that is operating normally initiates a store withdrawal application. After the platform accepts it, it will no longer accept the store’s application for reopening.
7. Clearance method
(1) Permanently close the relevant Kikuu account.
(2)Kikuu has full authority to process orders that are still in progress.
(3) Kikuu will freeze the seller’s account for one month if the seller is removed due to publishing prohibited and restricted products. For example, if the bill is on May 1, 2017, Kikuu will settle the bill in the account period on June 1, 2017.
