1. Avoid software correlation

Sellers operating multiple accounts will inevitably use multiple pieces of hardware, but software is also important. When sellers choose software, they can avoid being associated to the greatest extent by directly distinguishing each piece of hardware.

The author has seen such a related case. Different accounts of the same company were suddenly notified by Amazon that they were linked one day, so I asked the author to solve the problem. Of course, we must first find out the reasons for the association to avoid secondary association. After inquiry, the author compiled the following information: the company information registered for the two accounts is different, the office locations are not on the same floor, the broadband is independent of each other, the products are completely different, the legal persons of different accounts are also completely different, and the computer hardware is also independent.

It seems that these two accounts are operated completely independently, but they are connected, which is very strange. Many people who encounter such a situation may think that this is a misjudgment by Amazon, but as the conversation deepens, the truth of the answer also emerges.

This company’s computers are all assembled by the head office, including the computer’s operating system, which is installed and debugged by the delivery party. Therefore, the computer configurations, system settings, browsers and plug-ins in this building are all exactly the same. At this point, everyone will understand that this is the culprit that caused the two accounts to be linked.

So, if you want to solve this relationship, you must not only ensure that you have independent computer hardware and an independent network, but also ensure that the software environment is independent. If the computer you operate is exactly the same as the computer software environment of another account, it is easy to cause correlation.

Therefore, sellers should try to use different browsers, different browser plug-ins, and different system versions to operate Amazon to avoid suspicion of association.

2. Avoid hardware correlation

Computer hardware is naturally a factor in correlation, so we must avoid using the same computer hardware to log in to different accounts, and routers do not need to be taken into consideration.

Here, if you have an old computer that has been logged into an Amazon account, how can you make changes so that it can log in to a new account?

First of all, the system needs to be reinstalled on this computer. This system needs to be different from the previously installed system. For example, if you originally used Windows 7, you can switch to Windows 10 or other systems. Of course, if your computer really cannot be replaced with another system. You can change the version, such as changing from the flagship version to the professional version.

Secondly, you need to replace the MAC address of the network card after reinstalling the system. Remember, whether you usually use a wireless network card or a wired network card, you must change both addresses. There are many solutions for the specific change methods in major search engines. The author recommends the manual method.

Record the MAC address of the current network card. The recording method will be mentioned below. Right-click My Computer, click Device Manager, select Network Adapter, click the network card name, select Properties, click Advanced, select Network Address, and enter a 12-digit combination of letters and numbers in the value column. If you find it troublesome, sellers can also download the MAC address modifier themselves, which can be modified very conveniently.

More importantly, after making the modification, be sure to check whether the modification was successful. If the modification is not successful, it is a wasted effort. The check method is as follows: Press the Windows logo key + R, enter CMD in the dialog box, then press Enter, enter ipconfig /all in the pop-up dialog box (note that there is a space before /all). After finding the corresponding modified network card name, check the physical address. Note that this step must be done before and after modification, otherwise it will not be possible to judge whether it is consistent.

After completing the above steps, you can use this computer to operate a new account. However, there is a small note here. If the browser on your computer was previously installed on a drive letter other than the system drive (usually the C drive), after installing the new system, install the new browser under the new system drive letter. That’s it. In other words, we want to prevent encountering cookies that have been used before.

3. Avoid other associated elements

The association of other elements lies in the detailed operations, including some operating habits of back-end operators, the mobile phone numbers used to communicate with customers, and some Necessary rules and regulations.

To summarize, in fact, the simplest and most direct way to avoid association is to use computers with different operating systems to operate different products on different networks. Of course, there are some factors that require special attention to avoid account association to the greatest extent, such as email, computer, system, browser, broadband, mobile phone number, credit card, payment account and product, etc.
