1. Product Management

Enter the backend of the Seller Center and click “Product Management” in the navigation bar on the left side of the page to manage the products in the store. The operable sections include: creating products, unapproved products, category attribute management of products on sale, user consultation, freight templates and product recycling bins, etc.

(1) Create a product

The specific steps to create a product are as follows

Step 1: Click “Create Product” and select the category corresponding to the product. For specific categories, please click “Download Category List” at the top of the page for reference. After selecting a category, click “Confirm Selection” in the lower right corner. If “Confirm Selection” is not displayed on the page, you can press Ctrl+mouse wheel to reduce the page scale.

Note: Correct category selection helps to match search needs. Products in the wrong categories will be forcibly removed from the shelves after the platform discovers them. If this violation occurs repeatedly or in large numbers, it will result in Seller search rankings have been reduced or blocked.

Step 2: Fill in the relevant information on the product details page (items with * are required).

After selecting the category corresponding to the product, you can enter the basic attributes of the product. The items that need to be filled in are: product name, custom code, whether it is a counterfeit brand, product picture, product type, color Selection, SKU attribute selection, size upload, price and inventory settings, detailed descriptions and other information.

Notes on filling in:

(1) Product name: Try to be accurate, complete and concise, including key information (product name, features, materials, outstanding highlights, etc.). Take shoes as an example, highlight key information such as single shoes (single shoes) [lannel (velvet material), pointed (pointed toe), high heel (high heel)] in the product name

(2) Customization Coding: used for sellers to pick goods and distinguish goods, not mandatory to fill in

(3) Whether to imitate the brand: check whether to imitate the brand according to the actual situation of the product

(4) Product Picture: Click on the blank picture box to pop up “Image Management”, click “Upload”, check the uploaded picture, and click “Select”. The image format requires JPG or JPEG, and the number of images is 3 to 5 1:1 square images, not over-stretched. It is recommended to use white background images.

(5) Product type: For products of a single size and color, select “Single SKU product”; for products of multiple colors and sizes, select “Multi-SKU product”

Select multiple SKUs After selecting the product, enter the SKU information page, click “Color Selection” and check the color corresponding to the product. If there is no color corresponding to the product, you can click “Add Color” to add it.

Enter the SKU information page and click “SKU attribute selection”. Click the drop-down button, select the category attribute name that has been set, and check the attribute value under the attribute name. Then, fill in the detailed size information.

(6) Sales price: Fill in the daily sales price truthfully. If you are found to have deliberately increased the selling price to participate in discount activities, you will not be able to participate in the corresponding activities. For multi-SKU products, you can click “-button to set price, inventory, thumbnail” in the price and inventory settings.

(7) Sales inventory: Fill in the sales inventory truthfully. In the event of oversold or out-of-stock delivery, the seller will bear the related costs incurred.

(8)SKU thumbnail: 1:1 square picture, required.

(9) Detailed description: The details page must contain at least 1 picture and corresponding text description. It is recommended to add detailed pictures, upper body pictures, physical comparison pictures, etc. to reduce buyer confusion and increase conversions.

In addition to the above information, some other information needs to be filled in.

(1) It is necessary to fill in whether it contains batteries, including: batteries, rechargeable products with power storage capabilities, aviation contraband with strong magnets, etc.

If the product is a battery, please note that due to logistics reasons, the battery products that can be sold are limited to dry batteries (AA/AM), button batteries, such as quartz watches, and small Bluetooth headsets with potassium batteries. wait. Products containing large carp batteries cannot be sold, such as mobile phones, power banks, game consoles, large Bluetooth speakers, etc. Products containing batteries that are allowed to be sold must accurately fill in the battery attributes. Failure to fill in will result in a penalty of at least 200 yuan.

(2) It is necessary to fill in whether it is a special product, such as high-pressure nozzles, oil-containing products or flammable and explosive products, etc.

(3) “Whether to enable free shipping” option, if “Yes” is selected, the postage is already included in the price, and consumers do not need to pay additionally. If you select “No”, you need to fill in the gross weight (commodity + packaging). The system will calculate the prepaid logistics fee based on the weight filled in by the seller and the logistics calculation methods of different countries, and display it to the consumer on the App. The consumer needs to pay The price is: product price + prepaid logistics fee.
