The warehouse address of the freight forwarder is usually located near the warehouse of the Shopee platform. The seller sends the purchased goods to the cooperative freight forwarder and connects with the freight forwarder the domestic express order number, product name, quantity, PDF file of the Shopee platform order, etc. After receiving the product package, the freight forwarder removes the domestic express delivery label, attaches it to the Shopee platform label, and delivers it directly to the Shopee platform warehouse.

Generally speaking, sellers need to use an ERP system to connect with freight forwarders, and some freight forwarders have their own freight forwarding processing systems. Most ERP systems are connected to the Shopee platform system to achieve synchronized processing of order information. After the order information and invoice PDF file on the Shopee platform are synchronized to the ERP system, the seller purchases the goods and enters the domestic express delivery number in the ERP system. The freight forwarder receives the order corresponding to the express delivery number entered by the seller from the ERP system. After the parcel is packaged, just download the face sheet corresponding to the order, label it, and send it to the warehouse on the Shopee platform.
Some freight forwarders can also provide certain storage space. For hot-selling products, sellers on the Shopee platform can purchase in bulk and store them in the freight forwarder’s warehouse to improve delivery efficiency.
