The “Order” section contains 3 options: “My Order”, “Ship Order” and “Return/Refund”.
1. My Order
Click the “My Order” option.
(1)All. By clicking the “All” option, we can see all orders and the amount payable by the buyer for each order, status, selected logistics provider, etc. Order types include Not yet paid, Pending shipment, In transit, Completed, Cancelled, Refund/Return.
(2) Payment has not yet been made. Clicking the “Not yet paid” option, we can see the orders that the buyer has added to the shopping cart but has not yet checked out. When encountering this situation, we can proactively communicate with the buyer to facilitate the conclusion of the transaction.
(3) Awaiting shipment. Clicking the “Pending Shipment” option, we can see that buyers have purchased the goods and are waiting for our orders to be shipped. The order status is Pending Shipment and Processing. Click the “Apply for Shipping Number” link, and the order status will change to Pending Shipment and Processed.
(4) In transit. Click the “Shipping” option, and we can see that the goods purchased by the buyer have entered the warehouse of the Shopee platform, been scanned into the warehouse, and the order status is “shipped”.
(5) Completed. Clicking the “Complete” option, we can see that the courier company has completed the delivery of the goods and the buyer has received the order of the goods.
(6) Cancel. By clicking the “Cancel” option, we can see orders canceled by buyers, sellers, and automatically canceled by the system.
(7)Refund/Return. Clicking the “Refund/Return” option, we can see the order in which the buyer has received the product but is not satisfied with the product and requires a refund/return.
In addition, enter the order number in the “Search Order” box to search for the corresponding order.
Each seller can select a time period in the “Order Establishment Time” and “export” the corresponding order details in table form. For example, all orders, details of unpaid orders, etc. Content displayed in the table includes order number, order status, return/refund status, tracking number shipping options, shipping method, estimated ship date, shipping time, order creation date, order payment time, parent SKU reference number, product name SKU reference number, variant name, original price, transaction price, quantity subtotal, total order weight, coupon code, customer address and other information about the order.
2. Send order
Click the “Send order” option, we can batch process orders in the page that opens, and download shipping labels, shipping picking lists, and packaging in batches. Packing list etc.
3. Return/Refund
The content is the same as that displayed on the “Refund/Return” page in the “My Order” option.
