Buyers can apply for returns/refunds based on the “Shopee Performance Guarantee” before clicking the “Confirm Receipt” button. The conditions for submitting such applications are as follows:

(1) The buyer has not received the goods to the product.

(2) The product is defective and/or damaged during shipping.

(3) The seller sends goods that do not meet the agreed specifications (such as wrong size, color, etc.) to the buyer.

(4) The product received by the buyer is substantially inconsistent with the product description published by the seller.

After the buyer initiates the application, the order will enter the return/refund status. At the same time, the seller will receive an email reminder and can click the “Reply” button to apply for a return/refund order and enter the order details page to view the reason for the application.

Sellers can click the “Refund” button to refund the buyer, or they can choose “Submit dispute to Shopee platform” to submit a dispute to the Shopee platform, and the Shopee platform will intervene
