In the Seller Center backend, select “Inventory” → “Manage Amazon Shipments”.

In the shipment list, select the shipment with different quantities and click “Track Shipment”.
Click “Shipment Difference Query”, and then select the type with missing or excessive quantity in the circled part.
“Upload document” is to upload a screenshot of the receipt information corresponding to your logistics order number, preferably a screenshot with a website link. Sometimes you also need to submit the hand signature information of the Amazon warehouse receipt personnel when signing for the goods. Just write down the product’s SKU, shipment quantity, missing quantity and other basic information in the blank space provided to submit the certification information, and then submit the investigation report on the missing quantity of goods. You will receive an email from Amazon’s shipment management team within 24 hours. If the number of lost goods is small, compensation will be directly paid to the seller in the form of currency or the same product; if the number of lost goods is larger, then the shipment The management team may require the seller to provide the vehicle number signed by the Amazon warehouse receipt personnel to determine the compensation method, which requires the seller to obtain it from the cooperative logistics company.
