ASC page batch upload
Log in to the ASC page through the path “Products→Manage Products”.
Enter the batch import page and select the “Import” tab.
(1) Download batch upload templates by category.
Automatically jump to the “Template History” tab.
When the template is ready, click the “Download” link to download.
(2)Batch upload template overview.
① “Instructions” (Introduction), introduces the most basic operations of the template.
② “Data Terminology” (data terminology), explains all the data terminology that will be seen during the batch upload process.
③ “Upload Template”, where you can fill in product information and add pictures, etc. Please do not edit any titles as this may cause the upload to fail. Please note that different categories correspond to different required attributes, please make sure you are using the correct template.
④ “Valid Values” (valid values), you can use this to view the underlying category and number, and you can also view the option values of some attributes included in the batch upload template. (Please check the valid values, which can be used as a guide for selecting categories and filling in each attribute.)
⑤ “Example” for merchants’ reference. When filling in the bulk upload template, please note that after selecting the correct category, a colored box will pop up. The red box represents required options. These options are items that must be filled in correctly to create a product.
Please note: Merchants can only edit worksheet 3 in the picture, and cannot edit or delete other worksheets.
(3) Fill in the upload template (worksheet 3, Upload Template).
If there is a drop-down menu, please fill it in according to the given options. If there is no drop-down menu, please fill it in by yourself.
After selecting the underlying category, each box in the template will be marked with a different color: the red box represents required fields; the blue box represents optional fields; and the gray boxes represent irrelevant attributes of this category.
(4) Upload template.
Before uploading, make sure each required attribute is filled in correctly. Sheets 1, 2, 4 and 5 cannot be deleted or edited. The steps to upload and check results are as follows.
1 Select the file to upload through the path “Seller Center → Products → Manage Products → Import →CreateNew Products → Upload Files”.
②View the results. The system will automatically jump to the “Import History” tab to view “Status”. Upload successful.
If the upload fails, please click the “Download Error Report” link, make corresponding modifications and upload again.
