Lazada has two sorting centers in China, located in Shenzhen and Yiwu. The codes in the Lazada store backend are LGS-FM40 (Shenzhen Sorting Center) and LGS-FM41 (Yiwu Sorting Center).

After placing an order, the seller can deliver the parcel to the sorting center by himself or by express delivery.

After the seller passes the store review, before putting the products on the shelves, he must first check whether the logistics method allocation at each site of the store is correct. If the transporter code on one or more sites is incorrect or missing, the seller needs to click the menu in the upper right corner of the store backend to submit a work order for modification. After receiving the work order, Lazada customer service staff will contact the seller through the email address reserved by the seller when registering the store to solve the problem.

Lazada door-to-door collection service

Lazada provides door-to-door collection service for sellers in some areas.

If the seller’s address is within the service range, the seller can apply for the door-to-door collection service by submitting a work order. Lazada’s door-to-door collection service is available from Monday to Sunday from 10:00-20:00. Lazada allows multiple sellers to jointly apply for the same delivery address. The following 3 conditions will affect the application result.

·Whether the seller accepts the pick-up and delivery time arrangements.

·Whether the delivery address is within the service range.

·Whether there are any idle collection trucks currently available.

The door-to-door collection service is a free value-added service that Lazada will independently evaluate every quarter. Starting from October 1, 2019, the evaluation cycle will start from the first month of each quarter, and Lazada will sequentially check the seller’s average order volume each month. If the number of monthly orders for two consecutive months in the quarter is less than 50, Lazada will send an email to notify the seller at the beginning of the third month. At the same time, Lazada will continue to provide door-to-door collection services. At the end of the third month of the quarter, if the seller’s average daily order quantity still fails to meet Lazada’s requirements, Lazada will send an email to inform the seller that the seller’s qualification to use the door-to-door collection service will be revoked within two weeks.
