1. What is a Brand Authorization

It is the responsibility of each merchant to ensure that all products uploaded to Wish have legal sales authorization.

Brand authorization allows stores to provide relevant documents to prove that they have the right to list and sell products that do not infringe intellectual property rights.

2. How do I create a Brand Authorization

There are currently two places to add a Brand Authorization.

(1) Visit the Brand Authorization page. Click the “Account” menu “Brand Authorization” to enter the page.

(2) During the counterfeit complaint process, click the “Add New Brand Authorization” button.

Honest Store Program

Wish has always maintained a zero-tolerance attitude towards infringing products. In 2017, Wish redefined the standards for Honest Stores, and the new standards are more stringent, and the benefits to merchants are greater.

1. Introduction to Honest Stores

Wish will recognize Honest Stores for stores with a low counterfeit rate and excellent performance in other indicators. The new Honest Store logo is a green shield.

For non-honest stores, the shield logo is gray. Merchants need to click the “Please deal with your counterfeit violations” link to view the violation information and make corresponding improvements immediately to regain the recognition of honest stores.

For stores that have submitted counterfeit reviews, there will also be relevant prompts.

Merchants who have been in the Wish platform for a long time will have some understanding of the original honest store policy, which is: “Currently, Wish platform can evaluate stores with counterfeit rates below 0.5% as honest stores. Honest stores can get more exposure.”

As you can see, there is only one standard in the original standard, that is, the counterfeit rate is less than 0.5%.

The new honest store policy retains this requirement and adds four more requirements.

1) Valid tracking rate ≥ 95.00%

The valid tracking rate is the proportion of orders with valid logistics tracking information (valid tracking information for the domestic segment is sufficient). Merchants can click the “View your performance” link or “Performance” → “Logistics performance” → “Weekly delivery completion and logistics performance” to enter the logistics performance page for viewing.

2) Delayed delivery rate ≤ 5.00%

The delayed delivery rate is the proportion of orders whose logistics order numbers are not available online within 5 days of placing an order (not available online means that the logistics party has not provided collection information). Merchants can click the “View your performance” link or “Me”, “Logistics performance”, “Weekly delivery completion and logistics performance” to enter the logistics performance page for viewing.

3) 30-day average rating ≥ 4.00

The 30-day average rating is the average of the ratings received by the products sold in the store within 30 days.

Merchants can click the “View your performance” link or “Performance” → “Rating performance” to enter the store rating performance page for viewing.

4) 63 to 93 days refund rate ≤ 10.00%

The 63 to 93 days refund rate is the proportion of refunded orders during the period from 63 to 93 days to the total number of orders.

Merchants can click the “View your performance” link or “Performance” → “User service performance” to enter the user service performance page for viewing.

Whether the indicators of the merchant store meet the standards will be intuitively indicated by a green check mark or a red exclamation mark. Merchants need to continuously improve the store’s indicators for the items that do not meet the requirements, so that the store can become an honest store as soon as possible.

2. Advantages of Honest Stores

After merchants work hard to make their stores honest, Wish will give certain encouragement. The following are several advantages of honest stores.

1) More traffic and sales

Products in honest stores can be sold immediately after they are put on the shelves in an unreviewed state, and can appear in search results immediately.

In other words, merchants can save time on review and put products into sales status quickly.

2) Products can be certified by Wish

Merchants familiar with the Wish user end should know that some products have “Verified by Wish” and a blue check mark. This mark means that this product has a high evaluation and is recognized by Wish. This mark helps make the product more attractive to promote user purchases and can increase conversion rates, allowing the store to gain more traffic and sales.

If the merchant has Wish certified products in their store, they can click the “Click here to learn more” link or “Products”-“Wish Certified Projects” to view the list of certified products.

This page also clearly states the requirements for products to obtain this logo:

? Your store must be an honest store.

? Your products have top customer ratings.

? Your products have a low refund rate.

It can be seen that if you want to obtain the Wish Certified Product Logo, you must first become an honest store.

In addition, this certification is not a one-time thing. Merchants must ensure that their products always maintain good reviews in order to continue to obtain this certification.

3) Obtain customer service permissions

Currently, most customer issues are handled by Wish’s customer service team. Merchants whose accounts are honest stores and have the ability to handle customer service issues, if they wish to handle customer issues on their own, can directly contact their account managers or click the “Please contact your account manager for more information” link to email the account manager for consultation.
