(1) The following will happen to your account after an account is suspended:

?Access to your account will be limited.

?Products in your store will no longer be allowed to be put on sale.

?The store’s payments will be retained for three months, after which the merchant can apply for a loan.

?Sales from your store will be permanently withheld for serious violations of Wish policies.

?The store is responsible for all refunds.

(2) Reasons for account suspension include, but are not limited to, the following:

?A merchant’s account is at risk of being suspended if it asks for personal information (including email addresses) from customers.

?If a merchant requires customers to make payments directly, their account is at risk of being suspended.

?If a merchant provides inappropriate user services, their account is at risk of being suspended.

?If a merchant is deceiving users, their account is at risk of being suspended.

?If a merchant requires users to visit stores other than Wish, their account is at risk of being suspended.

?A merchant’s account is at risk of being suspended if their store is selling counterfeit or infringing products.

?A merchant’s account is at risk of being suspended if they are exploiting Wish policies for their own profit.

?A merchant’s account is at risk of being suspended if their store is associated with another suspended account.

?A merchant’s account is at risk of being suspended if their store has an unacceptably high refund rate.

?A merchant’s account is at risk of being suspended if their store has an unacceptably high automatic refund rate.

?A merchant’s account is at risk of being suspended if their store has an unacceptably high chargeback rate.

?A merchant’s account is at risk of being suspended if they have registered multiple accounts with Wish.

?A merchant’s account is at risk of being suspended if their store has a large number of tracking numbers without valid tracking information. If a merchant sends empty packages to users, their account is at risk of being suspended.

?If a merchant uses a false logistics tracking number, the merchant account will be at risk of suspension.

?If a merchant’s store has a large number of unacceptable “packages delivered to the wrong address” orders, the merchant account will be at risk of suspension.

?If a merchant’s delayed delivery order ratio is too high, the merchant is at risk of account suspension.
