(1) Log in to the website and click “Free Trial”.

(2) Enter the “Start Creating Your Wish Store” page and fill in the relevant information.

① Select the language you are used to, English or Chinese. The selection button is in the upper right corner of the page.

② Enter your commonly used email address to start the registration process. This email address will also become the username for future logins. If you already have a Wish seller account, please click “Login”.

③ Enter the store name and make sure that the store name does not contain the word “Wish”. Once the store name is confirmed, it cannot be changed.

④ Enter the login password. To ensure account security, the password must be at least 7 characters and must contain letters, numbers and symbols. Then enter the login password again to confirm.

⑤ Enter the verification code. Please remember to switch to uppercase, otherwise it will prompt that the verification code is incorrect.

⑥ Click “Create Your Store”.

(3) Enter the “Tell Us More About Your Store” page.

① Please select other platforms you operate on and enter the URL link of the store on that platform.

②Please fill in the store’s revenue last year in US dollars.

③Please select the country and city where the warehouse is located.

④Please select the product category to be sold on the Wish platform.

⑤Please read the “Wish Merchant Agreement” and “Policies” carefully, then click “Next”.

(4)Verify your email address. It is the third step in the entire registration process. You must complete all the steps in the table to complete the entire registration process.

(5)Click “Start” to verify your phone number, which is the fourth step in the entire registration process.

After clicking “Send Verification Code”, you will receive a text message from Wish. Enter the verification code in the text message in the blank space on the page and click Submit. You will then receive a text message informing you that your phone number has been successfully verified. If you do not receive the verification code, please confirm again whether the phone number you entered is correct and click “Send Again”.

If you do not have a mobile phone number, please click “No mobile phone number yet”. Follow the prompts to enter your landline number for verification.

(6) Click “Start” to add payment information so that Wish can receive payment normally after the business is launched.

① If you want to use bills.com to receive payment, please enter the bills.com account information and click “Update Payment Information”.

② If you want to use Payoneer to receive payment, if you already have a Payoneer account, please log in directly. If you do not have a Payoneer account and want to open a Payoneer account, please log in to the Payoneer official website to register.

③ If you want to use EasyLink to receive payment, please choose EasyLink.

(7) Click “Start” to add products to your store.

(8) Click “Start” to read the merchant agreement carefully.

① Please read each policy clause and click “Agree” at the bottom.

② Please read the 7 statements and check the box in front of each one, and then click “Agree to the selected terms”.

(9) Verify the store and fill in the relevant information truthfully. The information to be filled in for personal accounts and corporate accounts is different, so you need to check carefully to distinguish.

(10) Click “Open Your Store” to enter the Wish platform for review. If the review is passed, the store is successfully opened; if the information is returned after the review, please update it in time according to the merchant backend requirements and resubmit for review.

① Duplicate registration is strictly prohibited. On Wish, an entity can only open one store. Individuals and companies belong to the same entity. After an entity opens a store, it cannot open additional stores. The additional stores will be closed.

② Upload real and valid information. For example, when filling in the detailed address of the company, it is necessary to be accurate to the house number. If it is not filled in accurately, the merchant will be asked to update it during the backend review.

③ All registration information must be completed before the store can be opened. When a merchant registers Wish by himself, after registering a few pieces of information, it will jump to the backend to ask you to complete several other steps, including email verification, mobile phone number verification, etc. If any step is not completed, it means that the registration is incomplete. Uncompleted store registration will never be transmitted to the Wish review team. Therefore, when registering a Wish store, you must complete all the registration information. The last step is “Click here to open your store”. Merchants who do not click here are also incompletely registered.
