Seller rating. Seller rating is an overall score based on the quality of service provided by the seller. It can help sellers find defects in their own services and help sellers improve their own customer service quality. Click the “Seller Rating” page on the “Customer Satisfaction” page to view your seller rating. Seller rating scores range from 0 to 100 points, with 0-84.49 points for fair, 84.50-96.49 points for good, 96.5-98.49 points for very good, and 98.5-100 points for excellent. The evaluation standard is the order quality score, which is the average of all order scores in a year, to judge the performance of the seller account. If an order has no problems from beginning to end, then this order is a perfect order and can get 100 points.
Buyer Feedback. Click the “Customer Feedback” page tab on the “Customer Satisfaction” page to view the evaluation of each level for 30 days, 90 days, 365 days, and the accumulated level of the account. Buyers can submit a feedback message for each order. According to the five-star rating system, 1 star or 2 stars are bad reviews, 3 stars are medium reviews, and 4 stars or 5 stars are good reviews.
