Consumers who purchase goods on Ymatou can enjoy return services if the goods are damaged or not as described, but they need to meet certain conditions and follow certain procedures.

Return application conditions:

Ymatou’s returns are divided into two types: “seven-day no-reason return” and “reason return”.

1. “Seven-day no-reason return” service application conditions

(1) The goods to be returned must be within the product category that supports “seven-day no-reason return”. The specific agreement shall be subject to the product label.

(2) Buyers can initiate an application within seven days of receiving the goods (calculated from 00:00 on the second day after the logistics receipt, and 168 hours is seven days); if the buyer asks the buyer to provide the “seven-day no-reason return” service within seven days and the buyer refuses, or the buyer cannot be contacted, or the buyer interrupts its operation, and the buyer meets the following three conditions at the same time, Yangmatou will accept the buyer’s return application:

1) The buyer’s service application is formally in compliance with the provisions of relevant laws and regulations;

2) The application amount is limited to the actual price of the goods paid by the buyer;

3) The buyer’s application for the “seven-day no-reason return” service must be intact.

2. “Return with Reason” Service Application Conditions

The “Return with Reason” service application must meet but is not limited to the following conditions:

(1) Damaged goods: including but not limited to goods that are damaged, incomplete, and cannot be used normally during transportation, and scratches or defects on the appearance of the goods.

(2) Wrong or missing goods.

(3) Goods do not match descriptions: the goods actually received by the buyer do not match the descriptions of the goods.

(4) Product information is not fully disclosed before sale: including but not limited to product defects, color differences, sizes, target groups, expiration dates, origins, materials, etc.

(5) Product quality issues: situations where the product cannot be used due to its own problems (allergies to cosmetics/skin care products do not constitute quality issues).

(6) Other situations that do not comply with the relevant regulations of Yangmatou: including but not limited to the buyer’s failure to provide a valid purchase voucher; goods that are prohibited or restricted from sale on Yangmatou, etc.
