Methods for determining whether a product requires classification review:
(1) Determine according to the product categories listed officially
Amazon has officially specified the categories that require review, do not require review, and prohibit the sale of goods, which can be checked on its official website. Sellers can log in to the corresponding Amazon site official website to check whether the products they sell require review
(2) Determine based on whether you can select a node category
Determine based on whether you can select a node category when creating a new product. If the product category is not listed below, it may be because it requires review, is restricted, or the classification application is under review. Only after passing the classification review can there be a node to select and the product can be published.
(3) Follow-up sales button check
Search for similar products on the Amazon homepage to see if you can follow-up sales. If the details page of the similar products found does not have a follow-up sales button such as “Sell on Amazon” or “Sell Yours”, it means that the category in which this product belongs needs to pass Amazon classification review before it can be sold. Otherwise, no review is required.
