The reason why the reviews on the listing are restricted may be that the system robot is injured, or that the system recognizes the fake orders (manually operated reviews).
1) For the damage
①If a small number of reviews on the listing are deleted, and the reviews on it are also restricted. There is no problem with the reviews on the listing itself, that is, there is no proof that you have faked orders, but your reviews exceed the number that the listing itself should have.
So, if this is the case, don’t rush to move the warehouse to the new listing.
After the sales of your listing increase, the review function will naturally resume (the key is the order volume).
②If the listing of a product of the merchant is polished, Amazon will review the seller’s store, resulting in restricted reviews (you have not violated the rules such as fake orders).
This problem needs to be recovered by complaining to Amazon. Maybe it is because Amazon deliberately pulled it into the review stage, the chance is still relatively large.
Second, evaluate the restrictions on fake orders.
Faced with such a situation, what are the common practices:
① Directly abandon the listing, do the warehouse withdrawal process, and re-establish a new listing. ;
② Establish a self-delivery link, bundle it with the original link, and use the self-delivery link as the review;
③ Bundle other listings and share reviews;
④ New numbers follow the sale, then put on multiple combinations, then put on the evaluation combination, and then bundle and merge;
⑤ For restricted review listings, if the current price is profitable and sales remain stable, FBA inventory will be sold in the existing state;
If Amazon conducts an audit of the seller’s store, because the listing of a product of the merchant is cleared, the sales rights of the relevant account will be restricted. This problem is more serious. The account can be handled by complaint. According to the process, the probability of recovery is relatively high, but the corresponding listing comments cannot be restored, and the time is relatively long, at least about 20 days.
