After creating a Facebook event, you will get a full-featured page similar to Group, including photos, videos, links, etc. You can invite all friends, and the invited friends will receive a special notification asking for RSVP. You can also add administrators, who can invite all friends. Manage the guest list through Facebook Events to create a community; in the event function, you can conduct questionnaires, promote products, organize parties, respond to invitations, and learn about the latest developments of friends.

First, let’s learn how to create an event.

Click “Events” in the list on the left side of the News Feed and then click the “Create Event” button. Click “Create Private Event” and choose to create a private event or a public event.

Fill in information such as event photos, event name, event location, time, description, etc.

After filling in the event information, click the “Create Event” button to complete the event creation.

The corresponding event page will then open, where you can invite guests, upload photos, share posts, edit event details, etc.

You can let users know about your event in different ways, including sharing the event, creating ads, and sharing recent events on your homepage. Learn how to share an event below.

You can use your status Share recent events in the form of updates or private messages. Before sharing, you can choose who you want to share your post with. There are two ways to share events.

(1) Copy the event URL and paste it into a status update or message (Note: private events cannot be shared in status updates).

(2) If you want to share a public event, go to the event, click “Invite”, and then click “Share Event”.

So how do you create a dynamic message ad to promote an event?

First, make sure that the event is created through a public page and not a personal timeline, otherwise you cannot promote the event. If you want to promote an event in the dynamic message, then:

(1) Go to the event, then click – and select “Increase event response rate”.

(2) Fill in the details of the ad and click “Place order”

(3) You can also boost the event to make it appear in a more prominent position and increase the chances of your audience seeing the event.
