The promotion score is the keyword star rating, which refers to the relevance between the keyword and the product, as well as the product information quality. It is one of the important factors affecting the promotion display area and product ranking of the product. At the same time, the promotion score is also related to the advertising cost of the Foreign Trade Express P4P, that is, the click-through fee deduction algorithm.

1. Promotion score

The promotion score is displayed in the form of stars, divided into 0~5 stars.

0 star: The word is not relevant to your product, it is recommended to delete it.

1 star: The relevance is poor and cannot enter the left side.

2 stars: The relevance is poor and cannot enter the left side.

3 stars: The relevance is good, further optimize the click-through rate.

4 stars: The click-through rate is good, it is recommended to maintain.

5 stars: Very good, it is recommended to maintain.

2. The impact of promotion score

Different promotion scores of keywords have different impacts on products.

(1) Keywords with a promotion score of 0 stars cannot enter the homepage. A 0-star keyword has no estimated ranking, no promotion score, and the number of promoted products is also 0. If the merchant determines that this keyword is related to the product, it is necessary to reissue the product for this keyword.

(2) Keywords with low promotion scores (1 star, 2 stars) cannot enter the homepage. 1-star keywords and 2-star keywords cannot bid based on the top 5 keywords and can only bid randomly. At the same time, in the keyword matching products, 1-star keywords and 2-star keywords cannot choose promotion products independently and will be randomly matched by the system.

(3) 3-star keywords can only be ranked at the front by bidding high. According to the P4P sorting rules, product ranking is determined by the product of the keyword bid and the score. The larger the product, the higher the ranking. The ranking is updated dynamically and in real time. The bids for 3-star keywords on the left side of the page can be ranked in the top 5, while the bids for 3-star keywords on the right side of the page cannot be ranked in the top 5.
