Intellectual property rights are also known as “intellectual property rights” and “intangible property rights”. They are the rights that people enjoy according to law over the results of their intellectual activities. AliExpress strictly prohibits users from publishing and selling products suspected of infringing third-party intellectual property rights without authorization. If sellers publish and sell products suspected of infringing third-party intellectual property rights, they may be complained by the intellectual property owner or buyers. AliExpress has the right to punish the seller’s store for violations and infringements of the seller’s products, including but not limited to returning or deleting products/information, restricting product releases, temporarily freezing accounts and closing accounts. For users who have closed their accounts, AliExpress has the right to take measures to prevent the user from registering on AliExpress again. AliExpress will also randomly check product information (including delisted products) and product group names. If there is suspected infringement, the information will be returned or deleted.

When publishing products, in order to avoid intellectual property infringement, it is recommended that sellers refer to the brand reference list under the AliExpress Rules area and do the following three things at the same time.

(1) Respect intellectual property rights: strictly control the source of purchases, eliminate products of unknown origin, and recommend using real photos to display products so that buyers can understand the products more intuitively, thereby obtaining more orders.

(2) Develop high-quality self-operated brands: register your own brand, expand the influence of your own brand, export your own brand products, and continuously increase added value.

(3) Improve the brand approval process: do not publish brand products that have not been authorized to publish.
