1. Extend the delivery time
Generally, the platform will extend the delivery period when encountering national statutory holidays (such as New Year and National Day). How to modify the delivery period in batches: Sellers can log in to “My AliExpress”, click “Product Management-Manage Products-Selling” in turn, and then click “One-click Modify Delivery Period”, then you can modify all products on sale or specified product groups.
If the delivery time is extended outside of national statutory holidays, the product preparation time can be changed to the time when it can be shipped. After batch modification of the delivery period, it will be updated within 24 hours at most, so it is recommended that sellers add relevant notifications to the store homepage to remind buyers.
2. Remove products
If you do not want to display the products temporarily, you can remove all products from the shelves and put them back on the shelves after resuming operations. If the order is closed due to failure to ship within the preparation period, there will also be a risk of not selling the transaction. It is recommended that sellers adjust the preparation period according to actual conditions.
