The main factors that affect the ranking of Offers in the list include:
Categories and subcategories: Make sure that the Offer is listed in the correct category.
Parameters (product features): Provide as many parameters as possible to make the product easier to identify and distinguish it from similar products.
High-quality Offer: Including title, description, first picture, etc.
Offer attractiveness: Including visits, sales, price, etc.
Sales quality: The influence of ratings and reviews.
Promotional tools and ads used: Use promotional tools to increase the exposure of your offer.
2. Steps to create high-quality offers.
After logging into your account, go to the My Assortment page.
You can also add new offers in the Sales-Offer Handing-My assortment tab in the backend. After clicking “ADD NEW OFFER”, you will be taken to the assortment page.
Enter the product name or product barcode and click Search.
If the product is already in Allegro’s product library, the system will display the corresponding products. Select the appropriate product and click Select.
If you do not want to link the offer to a product or the product is not in Allegro’s product library, click Continue without selecting a product. The system will suggest a suitable category, which can be selected manually.
Fill in the offer title and product parameters.
Provide as many parameters as possible to ensure that the product is easily identifiable and distinguished from similar products.
Write the title of your offer in Polish, use no more than 50 characters, and accurately describe the product for sale.
Upload product images.
The background color of the first image should be white, and the content displayed should only be the product for sale.
Except for the first image, which must have a white background, other images are optional, but you can upload a total of 16.
Create product descriptions.
Write in Polish and only mention the products for sale.
The description should be clear, readable, and visually attractive.
Use paragraph breaks and bold fonts to make the product description attractive and readable.
Add attachments in PDF format, such as manuals or conditions of use.
Choose the sales format, set the price of the product, the stock quantity, and the time limit for the offer to be available.
In the Delivery and Payment tab, select the delivery template, the preparation time, the shipping location, and the payment method.
You must fill in the sales policy, including the terms and conditions and rules regarding the return procedure, warranty and complaints. You can also provide additional services.
Choose the promotion method for the offer.
You can choose to use a promotion method or not.
In the Listing options tab, set the time for the offer to be listed.
Click “See offer preview” to see the summary of the offer and related fees.
If you need to adjust the offer information, click “Return to listing form” to return to the listing page.
If everything is in order, click “List an item” to list the product.
