First, let’s talk about the new rebate program. The platform ranks products by user service quality every month. Products that are defined as high-quality should always have good reviews, low return rates, efficient delivery efficiency, and
fewer customer issues.
· If a product is identified as a high-quality product, it can receive a rebate of 1% of the amount of all orders that have not generated a refund during the audit period. The re-audit time will be two months after the audit period. For example: If a product is identified as a high-quality product during the audit period of 2017.4.10-2017.4.15, the merchant can receive a rebate of 1% of the amount of all orders that have not generated a refund during this period. The re-audit time will be 2 months later, on 2017.6.10.
· Merchants with low-rated products need to optimize or remove the product in a timely manner, otherwise Wish will remove the product with extremely low reviews, and the merchant will bear all refund responsibilities related to the product.
