(1) Collection of platform commissions The calculation formula for the platform commission is:
Commission = (sales price + shipping price) x 15%
For example: for a certain LED lamp, if the sales price is set to $20 and the shipping fee is set to $2, the final amount we get is: (20+2) x 85% = $18.7, and the commission collected by the platform is $3.3.
(2) Counterfeit policy
Wish has a counterfeit setting mechanism, which requires authorization before listing. Otherwise, there will be a $1 fine for the first time and a $100 fine for the second listing.
Wish platform will withhold all payables related to counterfeit products. This is the second notice issued by Wish platform in response to the corresponding anti-counterfeit legal requirements, following the previous notice of a $1 fine.
If a product is identified as a counterfeit, the merchant can prove that he is an authorized dealer by providing the authorized sales documents of the genuine product in his possession. After verification, if there is any withheld payment or fine, the Wish platform will release the money to the merchant.
(3) Honesty store policy
·Conditions for the store to conduct counterfeit review: at least 10 products, and all of these 10 products are on the shelves. For newly registered merchants, the first batch of products on the shelves for review must be free of counterfeits.
·Honesty store standards: the ratio of counterfeits is less than 0.5%.
·Prices cannot be raised when yellow diamond products are on sale.
·For merchants who arbitrarily remove promotional products from the shelves, if the merchant has no inventory and forcibly removes the products from the shelves, the sales volume is greater than $500, and a fine of $50 will be imposed.
·Products in honest stores will receive more traffic exposure from the platform, and new products uploaded later will also receive priority and rapid review, which is convenient for the products to be put on the shelves for sale.
(4) Product promotion
The Wish platform may promote a certain product at any time. If the pricing, inventory or details of a product are inaccurate, the merchant may violate the following policies:
·Do not increase prices or shipping costs for promotional products.
·Do not reduce inventory of promotional products.
·Shops that ban promotional products will face fines.
Note: Products in stock in the store may be promoted at any time. For any product on sale, it is not allowed to modify the description or image, increase the price or reduce the inventory. Only data changes such as reducing the price and increasing the inventory are allowed! If a store bans promotional products with a total transaction amount of more than $500 in the past 7 days, the store will be fined $50.
