2. Reference Time

TNT Express general goods can be tracked online the next day after delivery, and the whole process time is 4 to 6 working days, and the economy time is 6 to 10 working days. Customs factors and force majeure are excluded.

3. Volume and Weight Limit

The weight of a single TNT Express package cannot exceed 30kg, and a single ticket cannot exceed 500kg. The volume limit is: the three sides cannot exceed 1.0mx0.6mx0.7m respectively. For TNT Economy, the three sides cannot exceed 1.8mx1.2mx1.5m respectively. If the volume weight exceeds the actual weight, it will be charged according to the volume weight. 4. Notes

(1) TNT Express freight does not include tariffs, customs fines, storage fees and other fees that may be incurred by the customs when the goods arrive at the destination. If the goods cannot be cleared at the destination due to the goods or the consignee does not cooperate with the customs clearance, resulting in the goods being returned to the place of shipment (which cannot be destroyed at this time), all the expenses incurred shall be borne by the consignor if the consignee refuses to pay.

(2) Calculation method for multiple pieces per shipment: calculate the sum of the actual weight of all packages and the sum of the volumetric weight, whichever is greater.

(3) If a TNT package needs to apply for a claim, it must be applied within 21 days after the package is posted online. TNT will not accept it after the deadline.

(4) TNT does not accept counterfeit goods and is not responsible for customs detention.

(5) TNT has strict requirements for battery goods: ① The number of built-in batteries cannot exceed 2; ② No matter how many batteries are matched, MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) must be provided, otherwise it cannot be exported; ③ Pure batteries are not accepted; ④ The weight of a package of batteries cannot exceed 5kg; ⑤ The battery power cannot exceed 100W.
