Founded in 1907 as a courier company in Seattle, Washington, UPS (United Parcel Service) is a global company. UPS is one of the world’s largest express carriers and package delivery companies, and is also a leading provider of transportation, logistics, capital and e-commerce services.

UPS’s international express services are mainly divided into the following four categories.

(1) UPS Worldwide Express Plus: Provides guaranteed early morning delivery for the most time-sensitive shipments. This service guarantees delivery by 8:00 a.m. to major cities in the United States, 8:30 a.m. to Canada, and 9:00 a.m. to major Asian cities, more than 4,000 U.S. cities and major commercial centers in Europe. It has the highest rates.

(2) UPS Worldwide Express: Get fast, date-definite early morning delivery for urgent shipments worldwide. This service guarantees delivery by 10:30 a.m. or 12:00 p.m. to most areas of the United States, major cities in Canada, Europe and Asia, and selected areas in the Americas, making it ideal for urgent shipments.

(3) UPS Worldwide Saver: An economical option with a next-day delivery commitment for shipments within Asia or for express delivery around the world. This service promises delivery by the end of the next business day to most cities in Asia, by the second business day to Europe, and usually within 2 to 3 business days to the United States, Canada, and Latin America.

(4) UPS Worldwide Expedited: A 3-business-day delivery service for shipments within Asia and from Asia to major commercial centers in Europe and North and South America. This service has export destinations in more than 220 countries and regions and is the slowest, but also has the lowest rates.

On UPS waybills, the first three methods are marked in red, and the last is marked in blue, but the red bill is usually referred to as the Worldwide Express service.
