(1) The entire delivery process takes 4 to 6 working days.
(2) The countries that can be reached in the Middle East are the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Iran, Syria, Lebanon, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, and Cyprus. The countries that can be reached in Africa are South Africa and Egypt.
(3) Items can be tracked online through the Yanwen Logistics website or the Aramex Postal website.
(4) Problem item inquiries are handled efficiently within 24 to 48 hours.
3) Operation Specifications
(1) Customs duties incurred by foreign customs shall be paid by the recipient.
(2) If delivery is unsuccessful, the freight will be refunded the same as the outgoing freight. If customs duties incurred by Chinese customs are paid by the original sender.
(3) Any counterfeit goods will be rejected. If found by customs, the freight will not be refunded.
(4) The weight of a single piece shall not exceed 32kg.
(5) Goods arriving in the UAE must submit 4 copies of the original commercial invoice.
(6) Calculate the volume weight. The volume calculation formula is: length (cm) x width (cm) x height (cm)/6000.
