Ozon will monitor the timeliness of each stage of delivery. If violations are found, sellers will freeze partners who do not comply with the delivery deadline. How to avoid tragedy? Basic delivery standards include:

Do not change the delivery channel. If the buyer’s order is delivered door-to-door by express, it is prohibited to send the package to the supply point or post office.

Do not change the delivery location. If the buyer places an order for a specific delivery location at a certain location, the package must be delivered to that address.

Please follow the delivery deadline. If the delivery date on the product card is the delivery date on the product card is July 20 to 25, then the product must be delivered during this period.

Order fulfillment

Orders can be viewed in the following sections of the user center: “Logistics” → “Orders from my warehouses” → “Awaiting packaging”. The order replenishment period is 5 days. After the order is delivered, its status changes to “Awaiting shipping”.

If an order is in the “awaiting replenishment” status for less than 5 days, but exceeds the period set in the warehouse settings, Ozon will notify everyone that the deadline has passed. If the order information does not change before the end of the next day after receiving this notification, Ozon will notify everyone that the deadline has passed. The order will be cancelled.

Order Shipment

When setting up the delivery method, indicate the time you agree to submit the order to the shipper. If we receive the order before the specified time, it should be shipped on the last day of the replenishment period. If the order is received after the specified time, it should be shipped the day after the replenishment period ends.

If your warehouse is located in another city or your shipper hands the order to a trunk transportation service in another city or region, you should set the first leg of logistics in the delivery mode. After that, you can add 1 to 9 days to hand over the order to the shipper.

If you set up the first leg of logistics, an additional situation may be displayed – “Handed over for delivery”.

Order Delivery

In automatic mode, we only track the status of the integrated logistics service. If you use other logistics services or transport to the delivery location, please update the order information manually.

If we do not deliver the order to the buyer within the order time, Ozon will notify “missed deadline”. If no actual deadline is provided within 3 days, Ozon will cancel the order. We should upgrade the delivery date by the end of the next day.

If the package is delayed for more than 20 days, Ozon can cancel this order upon the buyer’s request without additional approval.

Ozon will also cancel the order in the following cases if:

The order tracking number is not marked;

The instructions are incorrect and the order tracking number cannot be tracked;

The package is sent as “no track”;

There is no response within two days after trying to contact us to inquire about the order information.

Ozon attaches great importance to the importance of partners sending orders on time and delivering on time.
