The definition, characteristics and operation process of e-remittance orders on Alibaba International Station
1. Definition of e-receipt order
The e-receipt order is an order service model provided by Alibaba International Station for merchants who conduct transactions on the platform in a general trade supervision manner, and where buyers and sellers have established a trust relationship. This model is mainly designed to simplify the order transaction and fund collection process, thereby improving capital turnover efficiency and reducing transaction costs, and ultimately providing users with a better service experience.
2. Characteristics of e-receipt orders
-
Do not participate in transaction protection: This model is suitable for buyers who have already established trust with the seller and do not need to provide additional protection services, thus not occupying the credit protection limit.
-
Trust basis: e-receipt orders are mainly based on the trust relationship between buyers and sellers, and do not rely on the platform’s guarantee services.
-
Withdrawal freedom: Sellers are not restricted by the credit guarantee limit when withdrawing cash. They only need to make related withdrawals after the buyer confirms the payment information and the seller’s funds and goods are reasonable.
-
Self-care for after-sales protection: The platform does not intervene in the after-sales protection process. If a dispute arises, it only provides an online refund portal. The buyer and seller need to negotiate and resolve the issue on their own, and does not provide arbitration or advance compensation services.
3. Value of e-receipt order
-
Increase capital turnover speed: This model eliminates quota restrictions, improves delivery time, and reduces transaction costs.
-
Data precipitation shows strength: Promote the digital transaction process and enable merchants to demonstrate their true trading strength.
-
Business opportunities brought by credit upgrade: Through the improvement of performance credit, transaction data can attract more buyers.

5. Order evaluation mechanism
The buyer evaluation score is based on the average of the buyer’s historical ratings on the supplier’s service attitude, delivery speed and accuracy of goods description after the transaction is completed.
1. Evaluation time
Sellers can invite buyers to evaluate the order within 30 days after the transaction is completed, and buyers can also evaluate the order within 30 days.
2. Buyer positive rating
The seller will receive a 4-5 star rating or a 1-5-point rating from the buyer within 180 days after making the offer.
