1. Product information module management
In AliExpress’s template management, the Product Information Module is the basic part. It now shows that the number of available modules is 0, and sellers can enter the steps of designing the module by clicking the “Create Product Information Module” link. Module types are divided into Associated product modules and Custom modules. After selecting Associate product module, the system will ask you to enter the module name and filter out the products that need to be associated through search conditions.
Sellers need to configure several options, including setting the expiration time. Options include within 3 days remaining, within 7 days remaining, within 30 days remaining, etc. After submitting the information, you can complete the setup of this module. If you select Custom module, you need to enter a name and corresponding content, which is suitable for displaying announcements or other information on product details pages.
2. Freight template management
AliExpress upgraded its global logistics policy in 2016, aiming to improve consumers’ purchasing experience and reduce sellers’ logistics processing costs. The specific policies are as follows:

- Products with order payment amount ≥5 US dollars are only allowed to use specific standard and express logistics services;
- Products with order payment amount <5 US dollars can choose standard, fast and economical logistics services, but offline economical services are not allowed.

Sellers need to check the freight template products that need to be adjusted in “Product Management – Diagnosis Center – Product Diagnosis – Logistics Settings Optimization”, select “Freight Template” in “Template Management”, and then add a new freight template. Please note that Chinese characters cannot be used when naming.
The options for freight templates include economy, standard, express and other logistics modes. Sellers should comprehensively consider the buyer’s freight, security, delivery speed, tariffs and other factors, try to provide buyers with cost-effective logistics options, and clearly indicate supported logistics methods in the item description. In addition, shipping rates can be set to be discounted or free with a promised delivery time. For most regions, the platform requires a maximum time of 60 days, while for countries such as Russia, Brazil, and Argentina, it can be set to a maximum of 90 days.
3. Service and size template management
Service templates allow sellers to set the services that can be provided for products. When setting up, sellers need to enter the template name (English) and select conditions for configuration in “Return and Return Freight Settings”. Finally Click “Save” to confirm.
In addition, Sizing Templates are primarily targeted at apparel, jewelry, and footwear products. After entering the size template interface, take jewelry size as an example, select the corresponding model and complete the settings. The operation method of other category templates is similar.
