1. Which products are eligible for the US return program?
Products with logistics information in Wish will be eligible for the US return program. In addition, merchants must have a warehouse in the country of destination for receiving returns. When a user requests a return, the product can only be returned to the warehouse if the shipping warehouse and the return warehouse are in the same country. Currently, only products shipped to the United States are eligible for return.
2. What information do you need to provide to submit a product to this program?
One is the return address in the United States, and the other is the logistics information (weight, height, width, length) of each product.
3. How do I enable the return function for a product?
Log in to your merchant account, click “Products-View All Products” in the top navigation bar, then enter the product page, find the product you want to enable the return function, click “Measures”, click “Return Settings” in the drop-down menu, read the terms of service and click “Agree” at the bottom. If the product does not have logistics information, add relevant information, such as the length, width, height and weight of the product. After clicking “Submit”, it will take a few minutes to update the logistics information of the product.
Once the logistics information of the product is saved, you can add a return address. Select the return country you want to enable. If you have set a return address before, you can choose from it, or add a new return address through the “Add New Warehouse” button, and then click “Update Settings”. After successfully adding a return warehouse for the product, the page will automatically jump, where you can check the details.

On the merchant.wish.com interface, click “Order-Return”, and you can filter the refunded returns and ongoing returns on the return page.
