1. Introduction to the My Sales Function of the Shopee Seller Center.
My sales can be viewed in My Sales. Here you can view the information about the store’s order payment, return and exchange, and logistics information, and you can also operate the delivery of the order.
Open My Sales, from left to right, they are all orders, unpaid orders, unshipped orders, shipped orders, completed orders, canceled orders, returns and refunds. If you want to know the relevant specific information, you can click to view all orders.
Click “2” to view the logistics information of the corresponding order, the buyer’s receiving address, the order product, the order amount and other detailed information. If the seller has an unshipped order, the buyer can click the “3” button to ship the order.
2. In the My Store category in Shopee, sellers can set the product category of the store according to their own situation and the sales status of the store.
My store categories are divided into two parts: effective categories and inactivated categories. The effective categories can be viewed on the store page. If they are inactivated categories, they will not appear on the store page. Click “1”, which is a rename button to name the category. Click Details in “2” to view the details of the products under this category. Click “3” to turn the category on and off. This function can make the category visible or invisible to buyers on the front desk. If you switch to close this button, the corresponding category will automatically be classified as inactivated. Click “4” to adjust the display order of the categories in front and back. Click “5” to delete the corresponding category.
3. Set the language function.
On the Homepage – My Account page, you can set language selection, password settings, contact information and other functions. Here, cross-border e-commerce can set the language here and choose a language operating environment that suits them.
