Wish platform key data indicator analysis and store performance optimization guide
Data optimization is an integral part of store operations. In order to better optimize stores based on data indicators, sellers need to understand the various data query functions provided on the Wish merchant platform.
Logistics performance
As an important link that affects customers’ shopping experience, logistics’ importance is self-evident. On the Wish merchant platform, sellers can obtain logistics information for historical orders by clicking “Orders – Historical Orders”. In addition, by accessing “Performance – Refund Performance” and “Performance – Logistics Performance”, sellers can obtain relevant logistics performance data such as refund rate and delivery rate respectively. For major destination countries, Wish also requires specific orders to meet the time requirements for delivery confirmation, and will assess the delivery confirmation rate accordingly.
User service performance
In order to measure user satisfaction, Wish provides corresponding data analysis tools. Sellers only need to click “Performance – User Service Performance” to view key indicators including refund rate, chargeback ratio and customer satisfaction.
Refund performance
In-depth analysis of chargebacks is also critical. Through the “Performance – Refund Performance” page, sellers can learn more about the refund status of their stores.
Counterfeit rate performance
Preventing counterfeit and shoddy goods from entering the market is also one of the focuses of the Wish platform. In the “Performance – Imitation Rate Performance” page, sellers can view the store’s imitation rate.
Moving sales rate
Although the Wish merchant platform does not directly display the dynamic sales rate, it is still an important reference for measuring the health of a store. The sales rate refers to the proportion of sold products to the total number of products on the shelves. Due to the existence of newly launched products, it is difficult for the store’s sales rate to reach 100%. Therefore, in daily operations, it is recommended to set a reasonable sales rate target and continuously track it.
Basic data indicators
After logging into the Wish merchant platform, sellers can quickly view basic data indicators such as the number of orders to be completed, average order rating, estimated next payment amount, and debt due to unconfirmed delivery on the homepage.
Store performance comparison data
By comparing and analyzing store performance with other similar stores, sellers can obtain feedback on effective tracking rate, delivery rate, confirmed order fulfillment time and arrival time, etc.
Sales chart and product data overview
To further analyze sales, sellers can use the “Sales Chart” option under the “Performance” menu to view the overall performance of the store on a daily/weekly/monthly basis. In addition, the “Product Overview” function allows sellers to understand the specific performance of each product from a macro perspective.
Store rating performance
Good reviews are key to increasing product sales. Through “Performance – Rating Performance”, sellers can not only see the overall rating of the store, but also download a CSV file to analyze each rating detail in detail. If you notice a low rating, you should find out why as soon as possible and make adjustments accordingly.
