Many novice sellers always confuse Feedback and Review. This article mainly talks about the Feedback evaluation system.
1. Feedback evaluation system
Feedback is mainly used to track buyers’ satisfaction with sellers’ services. It is an overall evaluation of the seller’s store, mainly based on the store service (such as logistics, customer service), and is displayed on the seller’s store homepage.
The Feedback evaluation system is a standard for measuring the performance of sellers’ stores and can help sellers improve the weight of their stores. Like Reviews, Feedback also has star ratings and ratings.
Feedback is displayed in both the front and back ends, mainly showing the percentage of positive feedback in a certain period of time (1 month, 3 months, 12 months) to the total number of reviews. The higher the percentage of positive feedback, the better it is for the store. In other words, if more buyers give four or five-star reviews, the better the reputation of the seller of Feedback. If one or two stars of negative feedback are given, the negative review rate will increase, which will affect the store’s ODR indicator. An increase in the rate of negative reviews does not mean that the store will be frozen or closed immediately, but it will have a negative impact on the store. Therefore, we recommend that sellers keep the rate of negative reviews within 5% for the best. Many sellers on the Amazon platform who provide good services have a rate of negative reviews of 1%.
2. How to get Feedback
Only buyers who have placed an order can leave feedback, and they can leave it once for each order, and they can leave feedback within 90 days after confirming receipt of the goods.
After the customer receives the goods, the seller can send an email to invite the customer to evaluate the service, but the email wording cannot be directly requested, and the language must be tactful and compliant, and it is not allowed to mention monetary rewards or compensation to buyers in exchange for good reviews in emails or on-site text messages.
