Lazada’s Free Shipping function is a promotional tool set by sellers. It aims to encourage buyers to increase the amount or quantity of a single order by waiving customers’ terminal shipping costs, thereby increasing store sales. . When a customer places an order, as long as it reaches the free shipping threshold set by the seller, whether based on the amount or quantity of goods, the seller will bear the shipping cost that should have been paid by the customer. After successfully setting up free shipping, the product will display a green car icon on the Lazada front-end page to attract customers’ attention.
Free shipping setup process
- First, select the “Free Shipping” option in the marketing section of Lazada Seller Center to enter the free shipping management page.
- On this page, click the “Price List” link to learn about specific shipping costs in different regions, and then click the “Create New Promotion” button to start creating a new free shipping campaign.
- After filling in the relevant information according to your business needs, click “Submit” to complete the settings.
For merchants who wish to implement a free shipping policy across their entire store, simply select the “Apply to entire store” option during the setup process. If you only want to provide free shipping services for some specific products (SKU level), you need to select the “Apply to specific products” option, then select the list of eligible products through the “Publish Products” button, and finally confirm the submission.
