Lazada Shipping and Sorting Center Guide: Detailed explanations of precautions and services
When opening a store on the Lazada platform, sellers need to know how to send goods to the sorting center and use the shipping services provided by the platform. The platform’s delivery only supports the LGS method. Sellers need to send the goods to the domestic sorting center, and Lazada will arrange international transportation to the buyer.
Shipment method
Sellers have two methods of sending packages to the sorting center:

Mail it yourself
Sellers need to package the goods themselves and contact a domestic logistics or express company to deliver the package to a nearby sorting center. -
Home delivery
Sellers who meet the following conditions can apply for the free door-to-door packaging service provided by the platform:- In the past 30 days, the average daily order volume of mainland sellers has exceeded 50 orders, and that of Hong Kong sellers has exceeded 30 orders.
- The delivery address provided must be approved and the door-to-door time accepted.
Sellers who meet the above conditions can fill out an online work order in the store backend and submit proof of average daily order volume in the past 30 days, delivery address and other information. After passing the review, Lazada will notify the merchant via email of the specific pick-up time.
Location of sorting center
Lazada has two sorting centers in China, located in Shenzhen and Yiwu. Sellers need to ensure that the logistics method allocation code in the backend of the store is correct to avoid transportation problems.

No matter which shipping method you choose, sellers need to pay attention to printing logistics labels and comply with platform requirements. In addition, in order to ensure that logistics information is updated in a timely manner, sellers must update relevant information within two days after receiving the order, otherwise the order may be canceled or returned.
In order to save logistics costs, sellers can also choose to jointly apply with other sellers for door-to-door collection to form a joint delivery.
Lazada’s door-to-door collection service is from 10:00 to 20:00 from Monday to Sunday, but sellers need to pay attention to the applicable conditions of the service, including the service scope of the pickup address and the acceptance of the pickup time.
