Export Collection Verification Form

The export collection verification form is a foreign exchange income declaration and management document uniformly allocated by the State Administration of Foreign Exchange. Before exporting, first obtain it from the State Administration of Foreign Exchange, fill it out in the format and submit it to the customs as one of the export customs declaration documents, and then return it with a stamp after customs clearance. After receiving the foreign payment, submit it together with the bank’s collection receipt to the State Administration of Foreign Exchange for verification, and then you can apply for a tax refund.

Export Goods Declaration Form

Fill in and submit it to the customs when declaring for export. However, at present, except for large foreign trade companies or export enterprises, many exporters generally entrust freight forwarding companies to act as agents for customs declaration matters. The export declaration form consists of six copies: customs operation copy, customs retention copy, enterprise retention copy, customs cancellation copy, export exchange receipt copy, and export tax refund copy. After customs clearance, the exchange receipt copy and tax refund copy will be returned.
